[SCIM] I just have a new idea about compose key supporting.

Hi,
  I'm just thinking to implement MulitIMFactory/MulitIMInstance, a
cascading IMEngine of all other IMEngines to handle IMEngine switching
and compose key issue.All FrontEnds can just use one set of
MultiIMFactory/MulitIMInstance objects instead of handling the issues
themselves. It can simplify the FrontEnds dramatically, but all
FrontEnds need refactory.
  What's your opinion?
