Sorry for replying myself.  It seems chaisave only had CVS HEAD
installed and he/she only had problem with
lib/scim-1.0/0.99.0/SetupUI/x11-frontend-setup, and only
libscim-gtkutils-*.so is mislinked.

Since I have both stable version and HEAD installed, it looks like I
messed things up in compiling.  All my dynamic libraries link to
/usr/lib ones instead of /home/minghua/scim/lib ones.  And as shown
above, someone links to both.  I have very limited knowledge here, so
I'll go do some readings first.  Any pointers are appreciated.
