[SCIM] last Korean word disappear when change input method and press trigger key.

It seems problem of log file owner and permisssion. This sometimes
happen if new log file is written by apache.

uim developers asked Daniel (fd.o's admin) to run chown/chmod
command from cron. So you may do the same ;P
