[SCIM] SCIM & OpenOffice

Dear all,

Finally, I read the solution and cause of the problem from China web
site.

The problem is caused by the user select the "On the Spot" option the
configuration panel.  I think it is  a bug. You dis-select the options
is okay for working with OpenOffice.
