[systemd-commits] What is a criterion to differentiate sysinit.target from basic.target?

Hello.

I'm Tonyseo in south of Korea.

As I'm a new stater, I try to study systemd.

When I had studied bootup procedue in systemd, I found that there are two
important targets which are sysinit.target and basic.target.

I wonder why developer of bootup process made it divided into two stage.

If someone who can explain something about the curiosity of mine, plz,
