[Tango-artists] Speedometer (tango for television)

Here is my attempt at making a speedometer, as part of my television show
project.

I am still very newbie to not only Tango design, but also graphics design as
a whole, but with this one I finally feel I'm getting the hang of it. At
least I managed to get a nice-looking shadow and glass effect on it.

Feel free to modify and reuse, of course.
