[Tango-artists] Gust of Wind (tango for television)

Hello, again. I hope no-one minds me sending my tango creations for my
television production to the list.

Anyway, here's another. I had need to represent a gust of wind, and decided
to modify the "weather-overcast" graphic, removing most of it and adding
some tail winds at the bottom.
