[Tango-artists] weather-*-night icons for phase of moon

Some time back I had written some code for the Gnome gweather applet to
calculate sunrise and sunset times. Some nighttime icons were created by
Ryan Nelson to show a full moon for clear nighttime skies and another
for a few clouds. It couldn't have been more than a few days after the
code was released before someone filed a bug against it
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=564958): "the weather applet
is showing a full moon when it's actually only 17% full".

I've written some more code to calculate the current phase of the moon
but can't get the changes incorporated until there are some icons
available. I've taken Ryan's original icons and includes some shading
for it, based on my understanding of the requirements. The files are
attached to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19151 and
represent the moon at each of 10 degree intervals.

I'm open to suggestion for improvements on these icons. The additional
info was generated by a perl script so it won't be terribly difficult to
create new versions.
