There are some holes in Gabble's ContactList support for the Requests API:

* the channels all come out with Requested=FALSE

* you can't usefully call CreateChannel on a LIST channel (it'll spuriously
fail)

* we're not really sure what the API should be for obtaining these channels
(some sort of EnsureChannel would be better)
