[Telepathy] Will Empathy/Telepathy support those?

I agree that those are valuable information but resource is not the
right way to get them:

- Telepathy should expose if the contact is connected using a mobile
device or not: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17157

- Empathy shouldn't allow you to send files if the contact doesn't
support file transfer. This is now fixed in Empathy master (will be in
2.29.6) if you are using Gabble 0.9.x.

- Ideally, you should be able to rely on the Location interface to know
if a contact is at home or work. But in practice that doesn't really
work atm because lot servers, including Google Talk, doesn't support
this feature. :\
