Right now your license means nothing, since you have a line referring to the
UIM project and you then refer in the disclaimer to The Regents (from the
original BSD license).

See http://www.tendra.org/licenses/BSDL.txt for an example of how I use it
in the TenDRA Project.  FreeBSD, DragonFly, NetBSD and OpenBSD follow
similar changes/procedures.
