[Xcb] XCBSync build failur in x.org

I can fix it. The only problem I have is that XCBGetRequestRead is used in 
reply.c, and has also been removed. And, this one, I don't know how to 
manage it. Maybe Jamey or Bart will have some answer about that problem.
