[Xcb] Problem selecting event input from different threads.

ChangeWindowAttributes is what did the trick! I suspected it to be something
silly... Thanks a lot for your help, it certainly helped me understand xcb a
bit better. I'll test for any lockups or threading problems now and post
about it if they occur. For now this issue seems to be solved.
