[Xcb] New libxcb and xcb-proto releases (code name: "Oh, shit")

Pulled (and pushed to fdo and handled in patchwork) both:

To ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/xcb/proto
   2817903..4087fc6  master -> master

To ssh://psychon@git.freedesktop.org/git/xcb/libxcb
   5d1dbb4..f653464  master -> master

Oh and thanks for fixing up my broken NEWS entries.

This means that right now libxcb master depends on a non-existing version of
proto. Since i have to hand-edit my .pc files anyway, I just faked the version
number. In other words, we should get xcb-proto 1.10 out soon.

What do others say about this? I think that last time I took a proper look at
the missing bits, I dumped that info in bugzilla and Julien handled all of that
(Thanks a lot!).

If no one objects, I would do new releases of xcb-proto and libxcb "soonish".
(As long as no one else is faster)
