[Xcb] xcb util-cursor, again

I was on IRC at the right time today when the discussion came up there,
and found I could indeed create it, so this is now totally a thing:

	ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/xcb/util-cursor

Should be writable by all members of the xcb group on fd.o.
