Hmmmmm:  Yes, I have "~/.icons" on my system.  Is this part of a new 
standard?  If not, the proper location for the one icon installed there 
should be.

I also note that this icon was not installed as theme-able.  It is not in:

	$HOME/.icons/hicolor/48x48/mimetypes

as I think it should be.
