[Xesam] oscaf/xesam ontology merge: who is going to maintain/edit what?

I think this is a good solution. And keep in mind: we could go on discussing 
this forever and never get to work. Or we just do this now and if we at some 
later point see a better solution - we change it. After all, it is a free 
project. Thus, changing to another hosting service or version control service 
is no problem.

Ok, so now we need to move over the ontology sources to the sf svn. Should we 
just import the current state of the ontologies into the svn? IMHO that would 
be enough. Just one folder for each ontology and maybe one for the tools 
around them should be enough.

If we agree on that I could simply import it.
