Another idea, we could take the "Public Domain" and "Assorted  
Authors" folders (assuming no one wants to grab the single file they  
submitted and resubmit it) and put those all up under a generic  
"Public Domain" account.  In this case maybe the author field on the  
original file could be moved to the "Featured Artists" field in the  
current set-up.  That would eliminate the need for a couple of  
hundred dummy accounts just supporting 1 file.  Maybe we could even  
go a level or two beyond that as there are a number of authors that  
only have 2-3 SVGs in the folders.
