[Clipart] First upload - PNG is incomplete

Today I uploaded my first remix of a clipart. The svg-file seems to be
correct, but the png-file is not complete. The smoke of the rocket is
missing. When I create a png-file of the svg with inkscape everything is ok.

I took the smoke from this clipart:

Perhaps the problem is in the svg-file. I must say, that I am an absolut
beginner with inkscape and creating svg-files J
