error running xserver

i try:

/opt/fdo/bin/Xfbdev -screen 1024x768x32x85 -mouse /dev/psaux -ac
-nolisten tcp :1 & xterm -display :1


and i get this output...

XSERVTransTransNoListen: unable to find transport: tcp
 
Fatal server error:
Failed to disable listen for tcp

any idea?, thanks in advance....
