[PATCH 3/5] Revert "drm/radeon/cik: Don't touch int of pipes 1-7"

This reverts commit 28b57b856b635ea0d44f1281e2efdc963c100ea3. radeon
doesn't support amdkfd anymore, so the latter doesn't set up interrupts
for pipes 1-7.
