[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: avoid using invalidate semaphore for picasso(v2)

It would probably be better to add a small helper function to decide if 
the semaphore registers should be used or not.

E.g. something like "bool gmc_v9_0_use_semaphore(adev, vmhub...)"

Apart from that looks good to me,
