the ApiTrace under 3dMax2009 ?

I haven't tried apitrace with 3ds max 2009 specifically, but I'd expected
it to work. If not then I'd like to get it fixed.

Are you able to build a debug version of apitrace with MSVC yourself and
run 3ds max with it inside a debugger?
