libdwarf not found

The Ubuntu 12.04 package name is `libdwarf-dev`.

Actually, I recently added automatic builds with Travis-CI which uses
Ubuntu 12.04, and you can see the exact list of packages necessary in
https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace/blob/4aeb41d853864fa57f3d21a61bd86b1161e5ff8b/.travis.yml#L13
