GCC 4.9 requirement

Hi Jose,

we discussed this in private, but it's good idea to get it in public too:
this would have been annoying if you had not documented how to build on RHEL6/CentOS6, but you have.

I've followed instructions on this page https://github.com/apitrace/docker-centos6 and they work.
