Adding timing/profiling data to apitrace traces?

CC'ing the list (better to have this sort of discussions there for future
reference).

There was some preliminary work on this mentioned on the apitrace amiling
list:

But never finalized.

The executive summary is: I'm not hugely interested in timestamps while
tracing, but I don't oppose them neither, as I admit there can be some
uses.  The important thing for me is to take care so that the trace file
format alterations are done carefully so we don't regret later.
