[avahi] avahi-dump-all

A few minutes ago I commited "avahi-dump-all", a short python script which is
similar to avahi-discover, but uses the DBUS API to
avahi-daemon. Please consider basing your work for a pygtk based
service browser on this (incomplete) script.

The script is not yet distributed with autoconf, simply because I am
too lazy do figure out how to integrate autoconf with python.
