[avahi] avahi config and builds

When trying to find out how to build something, I always look at how Arch Linux does it. Here is the file that builds Avahi:

https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/avahi <https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/avahi>

This particular file seems fairly straightforward, even if you don’t know pacman and Arch; just assume that it more or less executes the subroutines in sequence.
