[avahi] Error registering with the bug/issue tracker

Hello,

I am unable to successfully sign-up for the bug/issue tracker. It
presents an error message regarding the file system and does not permit
my new registration.

Could someone help me gain access to the system, so that I may submit
two patches for consideration.
