Although Gen7/7.5 has three different pipelines, at the same time you can
only choose one pipeline to execute. And before the current pipeline
finished, there is no way to run any commands from other pipelines.
This is hardware restrication, not a software issue.

If you want the X window to be responsible, you have to avoid such a
huge kernel. Only after the kernel finished, the X rendering could get
a chance to execute.
