Ok, after trying to repair the system I ended up backing up all my data
(finally came a reason -- kind of a good feeling to know the data has
been backupped), and making a clean install of Ub. x64 again.
Then:
$sudo apt-get build-deb beignet
$git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/beignet
beignet/build$ cmake ../
