[cairo] Problem building on Solaris SPARC

Hi all,

I'm taking a stab at compiling Cairo on Solaris SPARC, and am getting 
the following errors when attempting a build :

I'm on Solaris 8, GCC 3.3.2, SunOS 5.8 Generic_117350-04 sun4u sparc. I 
have xrender, xft2 etc. from the Blastwave project, and have built 
slim,libic and libpixregion myself. Any idea what I'm doing wrong ?
