[cairo] win32 binaries missing Freetype support?

Hello.

I'm having a problem with the win32 binaries posted on
this list by Tor Lillqvist on August 15.

I can't get Freetype support working. Windows font
support works fine, but there doesn't seem to be any
Freetype functions. In specific, I miss
cairo_ft_font_face_create_for_ft_face(). Am I doing
something wrong? Tor says the Cairo DLL requires the
Freetype DLL so I thought that meant that Freetype
faces would work.

If Freetype support is indeed missing, is there some
other way that I can load a truetype font from a file
and use it with Cairo on win32?
