[cairo] Problem with rcairo 1.2.0 on Mac OSX 10.4.7

OK. I've updated that now to also mention DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH.

I don't know what might be needing libtiff, but it is certainly not
cairo.

You should be able to put multiple paths in the value for
DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH by separating each with a ':'.
