[cairo] Any application/IDE/plugin for artists that generate Cairo code ?

This is just an enquiry..
 Is there a tool in development (Any application/IDE/plugin ) for artists
that generate Cairo code ?
That would help adapt cairo code in application using formats like PDF,PS
more easy..
