[cairo] Trying to build Cairo for Windows

Hi all,

I am trying to build Cario library for Windows. I am following the
instructions on http://cairographics.org/end_to_end_build_for_win32/.
 However, I am having difficulties to build the test code.  The library I
synced to is 1.10.2.  In particular, I got the following error:

c:\depot\o3d\third_party\cairo\test>make -f Makefile.win32 CFG=release
make: *** No rule to make target `release/make-cairo-test-constructors.obj',
needed by `make-cairo-test-constructors.exe'.  Stop.

By looking at the files, it looks like it will depend
on make-cairo-test-constructors.sh in Linux environment.  Have any one
successfully build Windows version of the library and test code?  What is
the updated instructions for building this library?
