Just can speak for myself. I'm hacking up an tiny widget toolkit,
based on Cairo, which shall also run on DRM (w/o any OGL stuff).
Therefore, of course, I need the DRM backend, which isn't actually
well-maintained.

I've already collected lots of patches to get it running (at least
on dumb framebuffer), but only few have been picked by upstream
so far.
