[Clipart] SVG::Metadata Release 0.08

The 0.08 release of SVG::Metadata is on CPAN here:

     http://search.cpan.org/~bryce/SVG-Metadata-0.08/

The only change is a fix to a bug found by Jonadab - the author()
accessor function was missing, which caused an error in to_rdf().
