[Clipart] Duplicates

Hi!

I want talk about duplicates that are in Libary.

My correct submission count is 32 and the ocal statistics.txt says 45. So
i check it and there is 13 duplicates of my cliparts.

I did make quick look of the OCAL release and there least 20% of cliparts
are duplicates. That makes about 850 cliparts. If the categorys could make
better and unsorted folder would not hold duplicates the release packet
would be 10Mb smaller.
