[Clipart] Installing Clip Arts

Hi. I'm new in this matter and I have a basic question: How I do
install the Clip Art collection in my PC? I'm using OpenOffice 2.0 in
windows xp sp2, fully updated, system. I'm a bit confuse about this.
And if I want to use the SVG clip art I need a SVG application in
order to use them, ¿right? Thank in advance. Sorry, my english is not
good.
