I'll start on the >0-byte ones.

So, I'll grab all the files from incoming, incoming-pre-0.19 and
incoming-pre-0.20, discard the 0 byte files and any png/jpgs if they
exist.

I'll sort those into the current 0.18 release and remove any from
those and the 0.18 release that are copyrighted/trademarked or have
other bugs filed against them.

It's getting a bit late here, so I'll start that tomorrow, if no one objects.
