Actually, I'm heading out of the country for the rest of the month.  I
posted the work for as far as I got to this list a couple weeks ago, so
if anyone else would like to test it in ccHost (and fix any remaining
bugs), please go ahead.  I don't think much work remains to get it
functioning.

It would be nice if someone experimented with some small imports just to
get a feel for the procedure.  That way if it looks like some helper
tools need to be developed, then someone could do that.
