I don't really understand why you call clker.com a "leech". Whoever created 
this website has all the right to do anything he wants with the cliparts 
since they are all public domain. And there is no harm in having another 
library on the web that mirrors the contents of OCAL. Actually I had a look 
at clker.com and I find it quite useful, since the creator managed to create 
a whole bunch of usabilities that are on the OCAL todo list for quite some 
time:
- searching among tags
- automatically generated ODG and PNG (more than that the PNGs are generated 
in 3 different sizes!!)
- a functioning voting system (OCAL's one is broken since the move to OSUOL 
servers and looks like it will still be broken for quite some time...)

So basically clker.com is IMO more user-friendly right now and once again 
there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to call this site a leech.
