I'd like to open a discussion on 'chunking'
ie what algorithm could be agreed for clumping icons.

this is a complex issue, one not likely to be solved by tagging alone  
at this time.
eg topic, style, file-size all contribute.

I would appreciate feedback on a svg search engine with validator

I've created a very basic agglomerator for turning a folder of svg  
files into a single svg document.
this relies on human sense-in-chunking.
