[Clipart] Recently... no png thumbnails

In preparation for moving to Beta OCAL, I've been neglecting to upload the
png thumbnails.
It looks like a number of people have started doing this too.
I'm totally fine with this practice, as it will make our job easier on the
new site.
Just thought I'd mention it. :)
