This is a cool idea SEb. You should chat with us in #aiki on
irc.freenode.net or at http://openclipart.org/about to talk about how
to get you going on this. We use Aiki, so you should be able to
develop this functionality from the web interface. Bassel is the best
person to get you going on how to add this functionality now.
