[Clipart] Fwd: misuse of one of our images

So the question I have is this.
What am I supposed to do with all clipart from Radicalgraphics?

Is this a case of "Unreliable Source" and therefore we can't trust the
verifiability of these cliparts being Public Domain?
John Olsen thinks this discussion root is a legitimate takedown request,
and after what I've looked into, I support that view.
It's also the second time Radicalclipart has come up with copyrighted
clipart, for OCAL.

Do I remove the clipart known to be from radicalgraphics, or leave them
on the site until/IF people send us a Takedown request?

Note : I am not in anyway suggesting anything of Liftarn. I'm asking
about the reliability of RadicalGraphics, which is where these cliparts
are from, and what our response as an OCAL team is going to be once the
second black mark against RadicalGraphics has been shown up. The fact
that RG does not have a terms of use policy makes me on alert and
careful about any clipart from there. The stated aim of RG also leads me
to think it might not be ok to have their clipart on OCAL.

In my mind there are three strikes against their clipart being able to
be used by OCAL.

    * An "anti-authoritain" and other "anti" website, (Not that there's
anything wrong with that, just how people with that mindset
operate lead me to believe that they don't care where useful
      images come from,)
    * No specified Terms of Upload or Terms of Use
    * Twice caught with copyrighted images.

The more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to remove these
cliparts from OCAL's library. (Hiding it, marked as potential copyright
violation, and deleting them once that function is available.)

Do you other OCAL team members concur or disagree?

Cheers
Chovynz
