These patches look good to me and it'll be great to get the ball
rolling with cleaning up the API. I couldn't get it to build if
introspection is enabled though. I'm sending two patches which you
might want to squash in. The first patch is for "Start building
parallel installable 2.0 api only" and the second is for "Removed
legacy cogl-fixed 1.x api".
