1.0.x is considered obsolete now, you should really build the stable
1.1.x or the unstable 1.2.x

It's probably some confusion in the sysconfdir; newer versions of
colord don't have a config file so this is kinda fixed.

Ohh, that's just the name of the C Structure people use. The issue is
probably that gvfs tries to runtime-load some library which isn't
present, and so the mime detection fails. I don't know enough about
gvfs to know what library/data file it's looking for, sorry.
