[compiz] gtk-window-decorator - No window borders

I think your problem is xorg related. Ubuntu Feisty has only parts of xorg 7.2 in the offical
repository and this causes some xrandr(?) problems.

You can find a link to a private repo which has 7.2 for x86 on the ubuntu forums.
